Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Custom Trim Installers to join our team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trim installation and be able to work independently or as part of a team. The Custom Trim Installer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing custom trim pieces to enhance the appearance of homes and buildings. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut custom trim pieces to fit specific areas of homes and buildings
• Install custom trim pieces using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure that all trim pieces are properly aligned and secured
• Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trim Installer
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
