Creative Desserts Inc. is Hiring a Delivery Route Driver Near Brick, NJ
* Applicant will be required to work full-time hours Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday*
The position is for 3 days a week. Extra days will be offered as needed.
About Us
Creative Desserts is a dessert distributor bringing together hundreds of cakes and individual desserts from some of the finest manufacturers from around the country. We are proud to carry a wide variety of gourmet items such as Gelato and Sorbets, Ice Cream, Tartufo, and numerous Novelties. Other specialties include frozen cookie dough, muffin batters and a diverse array of individually wrapped items. But we're not just desserts, we stock a complete line of Hors D'oeuvres as well.
Responsibilities
- Accept or make payments for goods
- Communicate with dispatch
- Operate and drive trucks
- Perform pre-trip inspection of inventory on vehicle
- Record information on pick-ups and deliveries
- Organize products for daily deliveries Education
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) Qualifications
- Driver's License (Must have Driver’s License for at least 4 years)
- One year safe driving experience
- Must have Delivery Driving Experience (minimum of 1 year)
