Creative Connections is looking for incredibly dynamic and engaging in-class Student Success Coaches for the 2023-2024 school year at various sites in NYC.

As a Student Success Coach with Creative Connections a typical day might include the following:

• Planning how to showcase your incredible personality into an engaging curriculum.
• Facilitating dynamic lessons to a full classroom.
• Supporting students on their individual entrepreneurship journeys.
• Coming up with brilliant ice-breakers to add to your lessons.
• Tracking attendance and lessons completed in our easy to use system.
• Meeting with your program manager to implement strategies for your classroom.

You Have:

• A minimum of 2 years teaching or facilitating experience with young people, preferably in the New York City public school system.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a business owner/entrepreneur.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
• A dynamic personality that really comes alive in a classroom setting.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• Strong administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and a mastery of effective time-management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $140.00 - $240.00 per day
