**Overview:**

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in clerical work and possess strong organizational skills. This position offers flexible day hours PT or FT in a great working environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

- Prepare financial reports and statements

- Reconcile bank statements and financial data

- payroll processing

- Handle general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus

- MUST have Quickbooks online skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
