Description

Our global tech consulting client is seeking a Head of Design/UX Lead to work onsite with a large telecommunications brand for at least 6 months with an opportunity to go fulltime.

You will lead a team and establish a global design system for a handful of telecommunications brands. You must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week.

Head of Designer/UX Lead Responsibilities:
Will be leading & mentoring a team of 10-15; designers, UX researchers, and front-end developers in a start-up like culture
Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy
Drive the development of user-centric designs
Oversee the product lifecycle for multiple digital transformation projects, from conception to launch
Establish and maintain a Global Design System (GSD) to facilitate scalability, reusability, and consistency across brands and platform experiences.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and different lines of business, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders

Head of Design/UX Lead Capabilities:

Figma, Google Suite, Adobe AEM (building websites, mobile apps, forms content management), Jira
