Creative Business Innovations is looking for an on-site liaison for a Tier 1 Supplier Client in Talladega, AL.

Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

• Must be able to learn and work all processes in all production departments.
• Develop relationships with prospective employees and Client
• Assist in new hire orientations including, safety, introduction to key personnel, plant tour, etc.
• Continually interface and maintain ongoing communications with CBI management regarding manpower planning, workloads, resource requirements, work schedules, planning and resolution of issues associated with assignments
• Keep CBI management aware of any problems/issues
• Build solid rapport with temporary assigned associates through frequent interface and communications.
• Build and maintain communication with CBI / Client HR and Supervisors
• Conducts meetings with employees as needed, attends meetings as Client requires
• Start shift change meetings for communicate news, changes, issues, etc. to next shift
• Keep constant communication with temporaries including on floor visits and daily rounds
• Coach, counsel, conduct performance reviews
• Assist in training CBI employees along with Client trainer
• Safety apparel (PPE) and uniform mandatory
• Must be able to continuously lift 30 to 75 lbs and occasionally carry a distance of 30 to 50 ft
• Tasks that require continuous reaching, kneeling, grasping, twisting, bending, leaning and extension of upper body
• Work daily assigned shift to include overtime, up to and including production Saturdays, shutdown days, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
