Creative Behavioral Consultants, Inc. has an opening for a Clinical Case Manager/Supervisor to cover in-home cases in the Los Angeles area (Mid-city, East LA and South LA). We are an in-network provider for private/commercial insurance companies and Medi-Cal providers. We do not have telehealth only supervisor positions.

We are a growing company and are seeking a Clinical Case Manager who is working toward becoming a BCBA. Position is PT to start (BCBAs please see our other ad). Once you demonstrate competency for this position (see requirements below), we can quickly build you to FT as we receive many referrals for the LA area on a weekly basis.

If you are working toward accruing BCBA hours, we provide the required BCBA supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Requirements: You must either possess an MA/MS degree in ABA OR be enrolled in a Master's ABA program from an accredited institution and have completed at least 12 units of ABA.

ABA requires an organized and systematic approach to each individual case. We will provide you with a supportive foundation of guidance and growth in ABA knowledge and skills.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an ABA case supervisor/case manager using ABA with individuals with developmental disorders. This can include BACB "unrestricted" experience as supervisee/intern at a practicum/internship site working as a case manager (designing programs, training and supervising staff, conducting parent training) with individuals with special needs.

ADDITIONAL PROFICIENCIES:

• Proficient with ABA program design using a variety of techniques based on sound ABA principles
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing assessment and progress reports
• Excellent grammar and communication skills
• Innate ability to build rapport quickly with parents and consumers
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Clean background check, DOJ/FBI Livescan reports required
• Ability to conduct Functional Analyses preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
