• You plan, develop and optimize wide-ranging Paid Social strategies for our retail clients primarily on Facebook & Instagram but with other growing social platforms
• You have an eye for strategic creative testing and optimization that pushes our clients toward stronger performance with a proven track record of success
• You carefully analyze campaign performance, and evaluate and interpret performance-related KPIs
• You prepare accurate reports and present the results in convincing presentations (including both tactical KPIs and creative evaluation)
• You continuously optimize and assure the quality control of campaigns with regards to defined client goals
• You make ads even more efficient by researching social media trends, best in class creative, competitive trends, audiences and best practices
• You set up and continuously optimize our clients’ campaigns, using varied bid management strategies

Your profile

Your profile

• You have experience with creative optimization, creative strategy and social best practices (preferably with retail businesses)
• You've advised clients on creative execution and consulted on creative direction
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Paid Social Advertising, ideally with Facebook and Instagram
• You have native level language skills in Korean and are fluent in English.
• You love to crunch numbers and provide advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• You can communicate clearly and articulately with clients to speak at a strategic level
• You are detail-oriented and a self-starter who craves responsibility
