Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Territory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of CRDN of Central Virginia. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the business within the Richmond and surrounding areas, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Territory Manager at CRDN of Central Virginia, you will play a key role in overseeing the restoration of damaged contents for our clients in Richmond and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restoration process, from initial assessment to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate contents restoration projects, including assessing damage, developing restoration plans, and managing resources to meet project objectives.

Conduct thorough damage assessments, documenting the condition of contents and determining appropriate restoration techniques and methodologies.

Coordinate with insurance adjusters, customers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements and expectations.

Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities to optimize spending while maintaining quality standards.

Oversee subcontractors and vendors involved in the restoration process, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to quality and safety protocols.

Maintain detailed project documentation, including inventories, work orders, and client communications, to ensure accurate record-keeping and accountability.

Implement quality control measures to ensure that restored contents meet CRDN's standards and exceed client expectations.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally throughout the restoration process.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to contents restoration, and incorporate them into CRDN's processes and procedures.

Uphold CRDN's values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in all interactions and operations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry changes and maintain a competitive edge.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, contractors, and property management firms.

Operations Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control, to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure optimal efficiency and functionality.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain a safe work environment.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to foster a high-performing team culture focused on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

Provide ongoing support, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and empathy.

Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve service quality and customer experience.

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in project management, preferably in the contents restoration or disaster recovery industry.

Proven experience in territory management, operations oversight, and team leadership, preferably in the restoration, cleaning, or related industry.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
