Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at our bustling restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our customers. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent culinary skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner
- Assist with training new kitchen staff members

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
