Job Title: Event Coordinator

Crawl With Us is a leading bar crawl and events company, operating in cities across the country. We specialize in organizing and promoting unique and memorable bar crawl experiences, bringing fun and excitement to nightlife enthusiasts.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves finding and coordinating with venues to host our bar crawl events, hiring and managing event staff, and ensuring the success of our events in your area.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure a minimum of six venues per market in your area to participate in our bar crawls, including one for check-in and one for the after-party.
• Make over 50 phone calls per day to potential venues, establishing and maintaining relationships.
• Hire and manage staff for each event, coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth operation.
• Utilize digital management systems for daily contact management and event organization.
• Work a flexible schedule, including some overtime and occasional Saturday shifts during large events.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the bar and restaurant industry, with a solid understanding of the nightlife scene.
• Proven ability to make a high volume of phone calls and effectively manage accounts.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience.
• Benefits include 401(k) with 4% match and paid time off.
• Opportunity for career advancement to Regional Manager.

Schedule:

• Typically, Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6 pm, with flexibility around optimal calling times.
• Occasional overtime and Saturday shifts required during major events.
