Position Summary

Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares communication and reports as necessary. Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties such as: responding to customer inquiries via telephone; opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail; maintain and respond to email inquiries; maintain storage inventory, Crawford Apparel Inventory, ordering office supplies; photocopying; and making travel arrangements
• Coordinates meeting set-up including securing rooms, catering, dinner reservations, equipment (audio/video), etc
• Restocking and maintain all breakrooms in the building
• Other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
• Provide administrative/clerical support to Manager, Supervisors, and Staff.
• Act as a connecting point between different groups for various duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• One (1) year previous administrative/clerical experience is required
• Acceptably proficient in keyboarding skills to meet job demands. Professional telephone skills and overall strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Basic knowledge of PC word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
