Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for culinary arts and a desire to work in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Cook menu items according to recipes and portion control standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience in a banquet, restaurant, or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is highly desirable
