Crave Cookies is looking for morning bakers for their new Naples, FL location (Shoppes at Vanderbilt). Bakers oversee the mixing and rolling of cookies, prepare the dough to be used for the day, and decorate cookies as needed. They ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to restaurant’s recipes and standards. Bakers must provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers. This position is part time, weekday and potential Saturday shifts starting between 6 and 8am. Pay is hourly with guaranteed tips.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders and create amazing products.
• Evaluate dough at beginning of shift to make sure appropriate amounts are being made
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules of all areas of the store including storage areas
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to restaurant’s recipes and standards
• Ensure that all dough is prepared according to the recipe and dough is rolled and labeled for later use
• Occasionally work the counter helping customers or bake and decorate cookies

Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years old to operate our equipment. And you MUST love cookies!
• Fast, independent learner
• Passionate about baking

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
