1. **Sales Experience:** Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus! Commission bonus on hourly pay.

2. **Knowledge of Wellness/Salon Services:** It's helpful if they have a basic understanding of wellness services like massage therapy, sauna sessions, redl light therpy, skincare treatments, hair and nails . This allows you to effectively explain the benefits to potential clients.

3. **Communication Skills:** You should be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.

4. **Organizational Skills:** You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and keeping the front desk area organized, so organizational skills are important.

5. **Team Player:** We all work together.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Upsell products and promote special offers or promotions

Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals (Retail math)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
