The Assistant Store Manager, Merchandising is our resident merchandising and operations expert. You are responsible for developing the staff, sharing our culture and teaching the values and standards that set us apart. Both creative and strategic, you lead the merchandising and operations team to set the stage for an exceptional visual experience. You have a full understanding of your stores needs, maintaining awareness of product within your store and ordering product as needed to ensure customers needs are met. Your freedom to make decisions develops your entrepreneurial skills, and your enthusiasm to teach and coach builds a committed team. Your development in this role will prepare you to run your own store as a Store Manager.
