Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and possess expertise in various financial tasks.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management
- Conduct account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle corporate accounting tasks efficiently
- Utilize technical accounting skills to maintain accurate financial records
- Proficient in financial accounting systems

Experience:

- Prior experience in public accounting or related field preferred
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping techniques
- Ability to write financial reports effectively
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices
- Strong account reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation processes
- Technical accounting expertise is highly valued
