Assist in the installation and training of proprietary machinery that is shipped internationally. Assemble, troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment in the field and in the plant in Oak Grove Oregon.

Travel is typically 1 - 2 weeks at a time, and can at times extend. Generally, travel is up to 50-60% of the time and depending on the location can involve weekends.

Paid for travel time and overtime, most overtime is when at the mills.

Travel to places like: Most of the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain, Europe, Japan, Asia, New Zealand. No travel to areas that are deemed unsafe for Americans to travel.

Requirements: Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting PLC's (5 years exp.)
• Mechanical skills with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical machinery (5 years exp)
• Deduction skills for troubleshooting and repairing machinery in the field. (blue print reading)
• Customer Service skills to work with and train customers in the field. (computer and communication)
• Resourceful and Professional to represent the Company in business dealings while traveling both foreign and domestic. (travel and customer interface)
• Must be able to drive and travel (drivers license and passport) no criminal charges or other circumstances that would prevent travel to other countries.

This position will work out of the office in Portland and when not traveling it will involve working in the plant and office.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
