Growing handyman company looking for a full time handyman to perform apartment renovations and maintenance.
Job Duties
- Daily maintenance and repair of apartment builinds and units.
- Aparment renovations and turn overs.
- Upkeep of work order and maintenance requests
Experience:
- 3 yrs experience minimum with: apartment turnovers, light plumbing, light electrical, lino/carpet, shower/tub/toilet repairs, light carpentry, drywall, painting and wall heating.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
** A plus to speak both English and Spanish**
**A plus to have your own tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
