Job Description Ronald McDonald House Charities is seeking a Director, Strategy and Alignment to play a key leadership role in driving, operationalizing and aligning the RMHC Global organization and system around a set of strategic priorities that advance the global mission. In this role, you will work with the Senior Leadership Team of RMHC Global to advance the RMHC mission through two major sets of responsibilities: STRATEGIC PLANNING : Lead Global team processes to develop annual and multi-year strategic plans . This work will require you to lead: LEADERSHIP, SYSTEM & GLOBAL TEAM ALIGNMENT: Support and enable the effectiveness of the RMHC Global Leadership Team and System Leadership Structure and Processes. In this role, you will: PROJECT MANAGEMENT : Provide and enable project management support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
