The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. • Define and lead Electrical/ Electronic/ Electromechanical (EEE) Parts Engineering technical assignments related to hardware design, manufacture and test.
• Lead in the selection, qualification, test, and failure analysis of EEE Parts
• Prepare technical and progress reports on assigned tasks, prepare specifications, evaluate suppliers and analyze test reports
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement/Supply Chain organization.

• Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical (EEE) parts related background or field of study
• Formal coursework, training, experience and/or knowledge in the design, analysis, and/or construction of electrical parts and circuits
• Established technical expert of EEE parts for use in aerospace applications.
• Experience establishing and implementing technical PMP requirements (specifications, program plans/requirements, etc.)
• Knowledge of design, manufacturing, materials and processes for EEE parts
• Ability to work independently and multi-task, with demonstrated leadership skills
• Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
This position requires the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance. US Citizenship required.
• Familiarity with technical requirements (specifications, program plans/requirements, etc.)
• Basic Understanding of Nuclear effects on EEE parts and ability to work closely with Survivability Engineers
• Experience participating in major program milestone reviews such as PDR and CDR
• Familiarity with military specifications and engineering requirements
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency
• Experience as program level PMP Control Board Chairperson
• Knowledge of design, manufacturing, materials and processes for EEE parts
• Understanding of worst-case analysis (WCA) / EEE parts derating and end of life requirements
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
