General Description: Craig Stein Beverage is seeking a professional and motivated individual to work in the fast-paced environment of our Draft and Events Team. The successful candidate will be representing the company in our community and our commitment to the development of quality partnerships with our customers. Sales Specials Associates will be responsible for the effective and efficient execution of all our special events and special event deliveries.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday with availability for many evenings and weekends from June through September, and holidays as business demands
• Assist in all phases of events with private and local community organizations
• Pick, load, and deliver products to special events and venues per schedule demands
• Deliver products to points of sales during special events
• Set up and tear down all company event products and equipment
• Work well independently, with customers, and the rest of the Draft and Events Team
• Accurately manage, close, and turn in invoices in a timely manner

Knowledge and Skills Required to Perform Duties:

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license with 4 or less points on MVR
• Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner
• Strong execution skills with the ability to meet challenging and changing deadlines
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime if needed including nights, weekends, and sometimes during holidays
• High collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus are critical
• Ability to lift products up to 165 lbs. (i.e., keg) and repetitive lifting of 15-30 lbs. throughout the duration of the shift

Pay and Benefits

• 17.79/hr.
