Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting and general labor duties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired results
- Repair and restore damaged surfaces
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed, such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting other tradespeople
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in painting or general labor preferred
- Knowledge of building materials and techniques, including frame carpentry and stucco
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Familiarity with color theory and ability to create desired color shades
- Experience with airless paint spraying is a plus
- Basic carpentry skills are desirable
- Knowledge of plastering techniques is an advantage
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
