Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at SanctuaireMD. As a Medical Spa Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our services and providing an exceptional client experience. Your main responsibility will be to consult with clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored treatment plans to help them achieve their desired outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the exciting field of medical aesthetics and contribute to the success of our spa.



Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Conduct client consultations to assess their aesthetic goals and skincare concerns.

Recommend and explain appropriate treatment options, packages, and products.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and our spa's offerings.

Assist in front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.

Collaborate with the medical spa team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide follow-up support.

Assist with spa events, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.



Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty, medical aesthetics or wellness industry.

Ability to have strong and effective phone skills to convert cold leads.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of skincare and medical spa treatments is a plus.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
