Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of POS systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Ensure accuracy in billing and provide guests with receipts
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand area
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service and guest relations is desirable
