Key Responsibilities :

Support Director of Communication : Assist in managing heavy call volume outbound and inbound leads, setting up appointments, and ensuring seamless communication flow with potential customers as their first impression to Craftsmen.

CRM Management : Utilize your keen eye for detail to handle data entry and maintenance in our CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking and management.

Customer Communication : Engage with customers both inbound and outbound, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with us.

Lead Pipeline Development : Collaborate with the team to develop and nurture robust lead pipelines, leveraging CRM functionalities, phone calls, text messages, and emails effectively.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Google Workplace : Navigate through G Suite with ease to streamline tasks and communications.

CRM Expertise Preferred : Experience with CRM systems is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle data efficiently.

Strong Communication Skills : Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial to excel in this role.
