Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables
- Provide menus and suggest menu items based on guest preferences
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Familiarity with guest relations in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food service operations
