Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Back Office Administrator to join our team in our Charlotte, North Carolina Craft Body Scan clinic. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and superb organizational and time management skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

· Providing coverage and creating a welcoming environment.

· Managing sales, payments, and scheduling.

· Making daily outbound calls and receiving in-bound calls to schedule appointments.

· Improving office processes and offering team training.

· Handling inbound and outbound mail.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Office Management: 1 year (Preferred)

· Prior experience is a medical clinic (Preferred)

· Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule: Must be available M-F between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Bonus: Up to 10% of total base pay
