Craft Coating Inc. is Hiring a Production Line Worker Near Oshkosh, WI

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, packaging, and processing food products in accordance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. This is a great opportunity to work in the food industry and contribute to the production of high-quality food products. Responsibilities: - Operate production equipment to fabricate, package, and process food products - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to FDA regulations and CGMP standards - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control - Perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and quantities - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area - Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or malfunctions - Adhere to food safety protocols to prevent contamination or spoilage - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing raw materials - Operate a forklift to transport materials within the production facility Skills: - Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards in the food industry - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and quantities accurately - Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot production equipment - Familiarity with food processing techniques and procedures - Experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
