Machine Operator
We have job opportunities for experienced CNC and manual Machine Operator.
We are a manufacturing company with international sales and distribution, located in Newport News, Virginia.
Requirements
Operate, adjust, CNC Mills or Lathes, and/or manual machines in our shop, production line, programming skills would be a plus.
Candidate should be a detail-oriented person with experience in a machine shop atmosphere. Experience needed in set-up and operation of machines. Candidate should be a self-starter and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
Perform and record quality checks to ensure part conformance to drawings and ISO standards.
Have analytical ability and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Run consistent quality products within required efficiency requirements.
Keep the work area clean and orderly.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Need to have 3 years of experience operating machines, eg lathes or mills, to include set ups and troubleshooting.
Team Player
Assist in machine maintenance
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
