DESCRIPTION Job Relationships
Primarily reports to the Manager; instructs participants and provides high quality entertaining experience.

Job Summary
Responsible for participant experience and coordinating experiences.

Responsibilities
● Ensure the customers receive a high quality, safe, entertaining experience
● Instruct groups on how to throw an axe and give tips throughout event
● Manage tournaments, including scoring, interacting with group, announcing winners, and generally ensuring everyone is having an amazing time.
● Safe use of power tools to maintain and replace targets
● Inform the Manager of any production / safety / performance issues within the room (lights out, something is broken, etc.)
● Preparing venue and lanes for events, including cleaning, sweeping, replacing targets and checking axes.
● Ensure that all company procedures and safety policies are followed at all times.
● Confidence coordinating groups of people

Work Requirements
● Previous experience of axe throwing, or an interest to learn
● Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with peers, managers, and customers.
● Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions in English.
● Ability to write for completion of documentation and reporting requirements.
● Confident and outgoing personality
● Health and safety conscious
● Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US
● Must have reliable transportation.
● Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
● Current first aid certificate (or willing to obtain)

Physical Requirements
● Be able to stand for several hours at a time
● Ability to use power tools to replace targets

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Rock Hill, SC 29730: Relocate before starting work (Required)
