Duties:
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in various settings such as offices, schools, and healthcare facilities
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms with supplies
- Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

-Must have vehicle to commute to multiple job sites on night basis if needed

-Must be reliable

Summary
The Commercial Cleaning Technician position requires a candidate with a strong foundation in cleaning, particularly in the commercial setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in janitorial and custodial work to effectively carry out cleaning duties. Additionally, good communication skills are essential to interact with clients and team members. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all occupants. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
