CrackleMi- Vietnamese Grill is a restaurant in Seattle, WA.

At CrackleMi, we love having a good time! If you’re a fun, reliable, go-getter, we want to meet you. We are hiring for our Fremont location. Your job will be to build delicious bowls and sandwhiches for our guests! Its a fun combination of a base, a veggie and a protein.

We are hiring for two shifts:

Day Shift 9AM-5PM

Night Shift 4:30PM - 12:30AM Midnight

Starting at $17.00 dollars per hour plus tips ( pooled tip)

We do majority take out and self-served kiosk, sometimes there is not much tip. Therefore,

We guarantee at least $21 minimum rate / hours ( even when it’s slow )

and rate can increase based on experience and capabilities.

We welcome experienced restaurant professionals and novices alike. We’ll provide the training you need to feel confident working at your station whether you are building bowls and sandwiches or being cashier. We take pride in our exceptional customer service and it’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our customers expect and enjoy.whether you have experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, prep cook, FOH/BOH or no experience at all, we’re always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team.

Working Environment:

Having fun requires you to be on your feet! You will be standing for the majority of your shift minus breaks.

Work out those muscles: At time you will be required to help carry boxes of food around ranging between 20 - 45 pounds.
