CR Smiles Dental Center is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Glendale, AZ
key Responsibilities:
~Greet patients with a warm smile help with check in and check out.
~ present treatment plans
~ Collect and process patients payments
~Assist with verifying Insurance and claim processing
~ Manage appointment Scheduling ensuring efficient use of our dentist time.
~ Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
~Previous experience as dental treatment coordinator is a must
~ comfortable with presenting big treatment plans
~Proficient in using Dentrix software
~ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
~Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
~ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
~Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs
