Performs "traditional" restaurant operational management duties and related supervisory functions on a shift basis, with emphasis on food and beverage quality, customer service (specifically, "steps-of-service" for wait/bar staff), with a "keen eye" toward revenue enhancement/cost reduction. Admin responsibilities will include employee selection, training, and scheduling; liquor, beer, and wine inventories; daily cash handling; guest relations; safety and sanitation; and other tasks as directed.
