In this role you will primarily be working with our countrys greatest veterans and doing VA Work.

What Youll Do:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patients needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
- Ability and want to work directly with veterans
What Youll Need:
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Active Texas Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
- Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
- Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $65K-$70K
- Full-time employees are also eligible for the following benefits :
