What would you do as a Case Manager

As a Case Manager at CPT Group, Inc., you will oversee and execute the tasks outlined in the Joint Stipulation or Court Order with utmost precision and efficiency. You will work closely with various teams, including Operations, Programming, Mailing, Claims, and Call Center, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the administration of your cases. This dynamic position will require excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, allowing you to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

What you need to be successful

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a related field or position is a plus (Project Management or Legal Services)
