Responsibilities:
- Monthly budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, long-range planning
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Model Financial Analyses to determine projects financial success
- Present Quarterly and annual financial results to board
- Assist with M&A activity
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA Preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of Manufacturing experience is a MUST
- Plant Experience is preferred
- Managerial Experience is a MUST
- ERP system knowledge and Microsoft Office skills
