As the Environmental Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Ensure environmental compliance with company, Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Oversee hazardous waste removal projects
  • Lead and manage risk management program
  • Interface with internal and external departments / agencies for compliance efforts
  • Conduct site trainings as needed

Salary Range : $100,000 / year - $110,000 / year

As the Environmental Specialist job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental sciences, or another related field
  • 3 years of environmental regulatory experience out of a refining, petrochemicals, chemical manufacturing, or another relevant industry
  • Previous experience with GHG Emissions, Leak Detection and Repairs, Title V Air Reporting, and environmental compliance
