In this role, you will: Conduct assessments and summarize case information to use in diagnosis, treatment, and dispositional releaseDiagnose and/or collaborate in the formulation of a diagnosisDevelop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment teamProvide assessments, group therapy, and collateral conferencesDocument and evaluate patients’ progress in treatmentCoordinate placement with community resources for patients returning to their communities
