Position Overview:

CPQ Professional Imaging is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team. The Distribution Associate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of imaging products. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of goods in our warehouse and ensuring that our clients receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and Inspect Shipments: Receive incoming shipments of imaging products and supplies, verifying the accuracy and integrity of the items received.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring items are correctly labeled and easily accessible.
• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders using order management systems, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
• Shipping Coordination: Schedule pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers, ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet CPQ Professional Imaging’s standards.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to streamline operations and improve workflow.
• Cycle Counts: Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for order management and inventory tracking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members.
