About You- Skills and traits needed for success at CPP:

• Ability to follow work instructions, environmental and safety procedures written in English
• Regular attendance for full scheduled shift and some overtime
• Willingness to stay focused on work during work time
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management

We can train you on just about everything else!
What to Expect:
ON THE JOB TRAINING! The opportunity for overtime can vary by position based on where the demand is. Cross training in multiple jobs will keep you busy when your regular work area is slow. Some areas routinely work more than 40 hours each week.
Our manufacturing areas experience seasonal temperature changes. It’s going to be hotter when it’s hot outside and cooler in the winter months- but don’t worry- we have good air flow. Jobs around furnaces are hotter and can be uncomfortably warm, but there is higher pay for people that don’t mind working in that heat!
