cPort Credit Union is Hiring a BSA Specialist Near Portland, ME
cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a detail oriented, full-time BSA Specialist. The ideal candidate will have prior banking experience and will be generally familiar with financial institutions’ BSA requirements.
Essential Duties
- Managing ongoing enhanced due diligence and risk rating on Members - ability to keep track of information and reports accurately, and on time
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and will also be familiar with BSA software such as Verafin.
- Prepare SAR filings confidentially and accurately in a time sensitive manner
- Reviewing and Filing of time sensitive reports
- Account and transaction activity research
- Enhanced knowledge of BSA and how it impacts a financial institution and the ability to answer questions from other departments.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, confidentially and time management skills
- Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Location
This position will be located in Portland.
Requirements
College degree or completed college coursework preferred
