Creative Perspectives Management is searching for an ambitious Customer Outreach Representative to support us in providing prestigious service to our clients.
We have ongoing training and development for our Customer Outreach Representatives to ensure that they professionally present our clients brands.
The Customer Outreach Representative role is heavily dependent on stellar communication skills. Customer Outreach Representative Responsibilities : Educate current and potential clients regarding products and services Attract prospective clients by listening to their needs and matching them to an appropriate service Collect client information and take initiative in proactively resolving issues / problems to improve the quality of our clients experience Cultivate positive relationships with our clients to ensure the satisfaction of our service Attend meetings / trainings as necessary to review client information Customer Outreach Representative Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred 0-3 years experience in a client relations, customer service, or sales role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to flexible schedules Must be able to work within a team environment and independently #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
