Position Description: CPH is a multi-disciplined Engineering and Architectural design firm that ranks in the nations Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. CPH has an opening in our Sanford, Florida office location for the following position: Marketing Graphics Coordinator Please Note: This is a full-time position, on site at our Corporate Office Position Summary: This position coordinates the production of graphics utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software for the development of high impact graphics for marketing and business development. The position includes graphic design projects such as web design, document production, maps and exhibit production, presentation graphics and boards, internal and external mailings, organizational charts, covers, and other various pieces to support the companys marketing and business development efforts. Assisting with general office administration Coordination with Project Managers and subconsultants of the firm to obtain content for proposal Copying, Binding, and Shipping Occasionally provide courier duties to deliver proposals to meet submission deadlines Exhibit and Document Production for Strategic Pursuits Schedule meetings Maintain inventory of office supplies Other duties as the Management may, from time to time, deem necessary. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines Availability to work overtime when necessary Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Strong communication and organizational skills Strives in a fast-paced, action oriented, and self starter environment Performs such other duties as the Department Supervisor may, from time to time, deem necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of Graphic design and layout design Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or equivalent. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (to include InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Muse, and Premier). Bonus Skill: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (i.e.: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Excellent communications skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team player Compensation & Benefits:: Dependent upon experience.
