Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence in the Connecticut and Massachusetts markets, fostering relationships with existing clients, and developing new business opportunities within the branded wholesale fuel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Connecticut and Massachusetts territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
