Job Overview

The Asset Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the management and “organization” of a company's digital and physical assets. They are responsible for managing, organizing, updating, distributing, editing, deleting, curating, archiving and “digitally filing” an organization's digital assets.

Please note that your first week of training would be in Troy our headquarters, but the permanent work site is in Grand Rapids. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Use Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Resource Planning software programs to loan, receive, ship, issue, and monitor inventory. May also require coordination with shipping companies.
• Exchange and return expired products.
• Maintain inventory of surgery kits.
• Collaborate with departments across functions: supply chain, warehouse, and operations to fulfill orders.
• Always maintain the status of inventory with the ability to provide updates.
• Boxing, packing, labeling, shipping instruments, and using shipping programs as needed.
• Follow directions closely and possess ownership/responsibility for tasks.
• Deliver/retrieve inventory, including restocking and emergency runs, to the appropriate facility safely and accurately.
• Develops and enhances product knowledge through training, webinars, learning modules, interaction, and partnership with sales, marketing, sales training, and med ed.

Qualifications

• Organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge to identify products by major product groupings and familiarity with product lines of other divisions.
• Through knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data.
• Required to work some holidays.
• Associate degree and/or 2–3 years of experience

Pay: $20.00 — $23.00 per hour
