PROGRAM SUMMARY:
CPC is a non-profit,community behavioral health agency that provides a full continuum of servicesfor children, adults and families. CPC offers individuals access to treatmentthrough an integrated system of care designed to promote recovery and to enhanceproductive and meaningful lives. CPC Behavioral Healthcare's outpatientcounseling and psychiatric services are person-centered, provided by licensedand experienced professionals utilizing evidence-based treatment practices.
DESCRIPTION:
CPC is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician II who will provideindividual, group, family, substance abuse and specialty group therapy toclients and their families; prepares a treatment plan; provides case managementservices; completes bio-psychosocial evaluation and all clinical paperwork;completes assessments and documents ongoing treatment and discharge planning. TheBehavioral Health Clinician II may assume administrative and clinicalsupervision and other activities as assigned by Division Director or designee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilitiesinclude completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans using aholistic approach including client and family in the treatment planningprocess. Responsibilities may also include administrative and/or supervisoryfunctions such as the clinical supervision of interns or program oversight ofspecialized services such as treatment of adolescents, co-occurring disorders,etc.
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess LCSW or LPC
- If Psychologist, must be licensed by State of NewJersey
- Must have appropriate licensure specific to programregulations
- Must have prior experience providing treatmentservices to adults, children, or adolescents.
- COVID-19 Vaccination required; booster optional
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Supervisory certification
