Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Perform interviews with corporate or local management and analyze dataUnderstanding the operations and the environment of the audited entity / activity,Preliminary risk assessment based on the primary risks highlighted through these interviews and data analysisUnderstanding the Group procedures and standards related to the audited processesUnderstanding the audited processes, with the standard audit programs and adapt them accordingly to the audited entity / activity specificitiesPerform interviews for the audited processes and adjust the audit schedule accordingly (e.g.: risk reassessment, work program priorities, test coverage, sampling)Carry-out the updated audit schedule by performing interviews and testing (control of data accuracy)Highlight internal control deficiencies for the audited processesCollect and gather relevant audit evidence,Identify deficiency causes, assess consequences of identified deficiencies and the associated level of riskIdentify and report internal control best practicesDebrief recommendations and conclusions of the audit review with process ownersRegularly update the Team Leader on fieldwork status and audit resultsDocument audit fieldwork and results in the dedicated IS toolQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree, advanced degree a plus Certified Fraud Examiner is a mustCertification is preferred (CIA, CRMA)5 to 7 years of experience, minimum 5-year experience required, specifically in the Fraud contextExternal / Internal auditor background is highly recommendedThe knowledge of secondary language is preferred (Spanish and/or French)Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industryGood report writing skillsAbility to work in a team environment and to adapt to multicultural environmentsWillingness to have international exposure and travel frequently (up to 40% US and International)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
