·Manage the weekly staffing schedule
·Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
·Inspect the med room weekly to ensure it is clean and organized, with no expired meds
·Ensure individuals’ finances and personal property are appropriately managed and protected
·Ensure incidents and occurrences are reported and documented as needed
·Complete and submit reports as assigned (weekly mileage, WorxHub, food orders, etc.)
·Demonstrate and model positive personal regard for the people served
·Demonstrates positive leadership towards other team members
·Maintain positive and professional relationships with individuals’ family members
·Model and ensure staff interactions support the core values and mission of the Agency
·Advocate for people served within the agency and in the community at large
·Monitor data collection as assigned
·Provide hands-on training as assigned
·Responsibly report any violation of agency policy/procedure, and/or Federal or State Laws
·Obtain/maintain agency van certification and transport as needed.
·Obtain/maintain AMAP certification and administer medications as needed.
·Alert administration of issues that may jeopardize quality services
·Other duties as needed or assigned by supervisor or authorized administrator
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: ABachelor’s Degree in a related field of study is required.
Required Experience: Supervisory/Leadership experience preferred. Well-organized, AMAP certified (or ability to obtain certification w/in 3 months).
License: ValidDriver’s License and Agency Insurability.
